Hi, I’m Megan — a songwriter, performer, and creative guide. I believe songwriting is one of the most powerful ways we learn to work with our emotions. Songs can help us recognize what we’re feeling and why, so our emotions can guide our experience, shape our art, and help us connect more deeply with each other.

For me, songwriting has always been about discovering what’s real. The process Inside The Song Game brings intuition to art, helping us tune into our unique systems, sensations, imagination, and creative intelligence — while still building songs that inspire.

This teaching grows out of my own path as a working songwriter and recording artist. My released music channels my folk and cosmic Americana roots, exploring connection, wonder, and everyday beauty.

I’m also sharing some of my Song Game sketches below — the messy, human, behind-the-scenes look at how I write.
